Stream captured audio via VLC

I've started playing with VLC.  I'd like to be able to listen to CNBC TV at work.  I've got a satellite receiver near my home PC and no one uses either during the day while I am at work. All I have to do is plug my audio out from the Satellite to audio in on the PC and I can use VLC to do so.

Here is the command I use to setup an audio stream:

Now all I have to do is open a port in my router to forward traffic by http for port 8000 to my VLC PC (dst=std{access=http, mux=raw, dst= where is my VLC PC's IP address) and I can listen to my CNBC audio.  I could do video too but I don't have a video capture card. dst=display will give me feedback on the VLC PC that it is working.
